Our Hen House breakfasts are legendary-even guests with the heartiest appetites leave our table replete and need little to eat until tea time. To start there are cereals or chilled fruit compote (in harvest time we serve our own stewed apples with crystallised ginger),fruit juice & steaming pots of tea or coffee .

Our third breakfast choice is a continental platter of chorizo,salami,bavarian ham sliced gouda, emmental and brie cheeses served with fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, hard boiled egg, olives, gherkins and garden herbs .With home made bread and butter Our own preserves include lemon and marrow curd and apple and blackberry jam served with hot toast to finish We source most breakfast supplies as locally as possible.The milk is from Roskilly's just a mile away, the bread and jams are home made and the eggs from our own chickens and the hand made sausages and bacon are from a local Helston butcher
| The potatoes are from local farms and herbs are from the garden. Our Smoked fish is bought direct from Turners fishmongers in Newlyn. When it comes to eggs its food yards rather than food miles. Our chicken provide the richest yellow yolked eggs for breakfasts.As do out brood of 6 ducks.We grow as much of our own fruit and vegetables as we have time to tend |
